Privacy Policy

We store your account, profile, reviews, comments, messages, watchlist, diary logs, favorites, and reports in Supabase. Photos and clips go in Supabase Storage after images are compressed in your browser. Diary logs show the date, optional episode, and optional rating on your profile.

Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. Confirmation and password-reset emails are sent only by Resend. Text codes, when a phone number is used, are sent only by mNotify. We keep the address you used. We do not keep the message body after it is sent.

We record a small set of product events: sign-up, onboarding completed, review published, and share. Those events are sent with Vercel Analytics when the app is deployed there.

Film and anime searches are sent to TMDB and Jikan so Discover can show posters and schedules. Those requests do not include your password.

You can block another member. Their reviews and replies then stay out of your feed. Reports are stored so an admin can review them. Five reports hide a review or reply until an admin looks at it. The admin account can also read messages, watchlists, follows, and blocks so the community can be moderated.

If you turn on lock-screen alerts, we store the browser push address for this device. Alerts cover replies and a new episode of an anime you marked as watching.

You can edit your profile and delete your own reviews. To close an account, contact the operator who hosts this project.
